Billy Madison, I know who said it but I do not know the guys real name. He is in west wing though. Tends to get type cast in my opinion as a heartless prick.

His real name is Bradley Whitford. I love him. He's not a prick in the West Wing, but he is a heartless prick in the wonderful Adventures in Babysitting (the older boyfriend).
