- supporting local farmers
- produce is fresher and often tastes better!
- often cheaper than what's sold in the store
- you can support farmers who are transitioning to organic farming
Not to mention it is a fun day outside where you are brought together with your community.

I am very pro Farmers Markets. I plan on making many trips to Soulard with the Mster this summer. A playground and fresh produce what more can you ask for? You should come along.
I would love to - the Soulard Market is awesome.
