While I like the content of the Diane Rehm Show, I just can't handle her voice. I don't want to be mean or anything, but the radio format provides for the listener only the host's voice, and when you have a scratchy, unsteady voice, maybe you should be a columnist.
i too enjoy singing/screaming in the car, pineapple, matches, a clean apartment, getting mail that isn't junk/bills. i don't know the Diane Rehm show though. i've heard good things about Agatha Christie books, but of course never read any. i probably would like them. oh, and i think i like Lucy too. i've only met her once though.
