I don't really think it's Summer School, but I think it happens in a scene where someone is teaching someone else to drive, and that's the only movie I can think of right now with such a scene.
(In the Summer School scene I was thinking of, I believe the car is actually moving, but the driver is going so slowly that someone in the car complains that they are being passed by an old lady with a walker.)
Well, here's a not particularly helpful hint: I was curious after I guessed and I googled it to find out that I was wrong, and I saw what the actual answer is. I can say that I've never seen this movie, though I remember the trailer.

Both good movies. Both good guesses. But, sadly, both are wrong!!!
